All submissions are deemed as made by the original author unless otherwise specified and thepoetscorner.com reserves the right to post on it's website any poetry that has been submitted unless obviously submitted by a person other than the original author and obviously a copywritten work as we cannot research every submission to ensure that it is not copywritten work.

Submissions include email, files attachments, electronic form submissions and forum posts and all other like methods.

By submitting a poem, you are granting thepoetscorner.com to post and or display your submission on it's website. When you email or otherwise electronically converse with this website or it's webmaster to submit a work, you agree to these terms.

No submissions shall be accepted that contain bigotry or confidential information.

Pretty much folks, what I am saying in plain english is that once you submit something to me, you can't sue me for posting in online. You also can't submit Emily Dickinson poetry and claim it as your own. Most likely I will recognize it as being a classical work. I will never give out your personal or contact information unless you specify that it's ok (by putting it in the form). Most likely if you write to me and ask me to take your submission off of the site, I will do it. This also goes for posts in the forum. I cannot, however, guarantee that it will be done right away. I will not post illegal materials on this site. Nor will I post material that is offensive (i.e. racist, sexist, or threatening remarks). Nor will I post unauthorized copywritten works.
